Commentary: Republicans Should Not Panic About Kamala Harris

Kamala Harris
by John Fredericks

Let’s talk about President Trump and the event he did with the black journalists’ conference Wednesday and the flack that he’s getting now.

First of all, he showed up. Kamala Harris didn’t show up. He showed up and he got ambushed immediately. He knew that was going to happen and he pushed back.

Kamala Harris’ entire campaign is based on four tired concepts, all well past their expiration date. None of them have anything to do with policy or issues or making your life better.

Number one is race. She has made this front and center of her campaign. They are re-litigating 2016. Hillary called Trump a racist. It failed.

The second talking point is gender and they continue to proclaim Trump is a misogynist. That failed in 2016, too.

Race-baiting and gender ID is their core platform. They’re going to the same failed Hillary playbook. This is why they are laughable; it’s a joke. Worse, it’s boring.

Talking point number three: rip babies out of the womb. This is their big agenda. Let’s kill babies. The more babies we kill, the more votes we’re going to get, I guess. Sick.

Number four: victimhood. You’re either a victim or you are an oppressor.

This is their entire campaign: race, gender, abortion and victimhood. How long has Harris been the presumptive nominee? Two weeks?

Has she come out with a single policy?

Trump has about 100 of them. Look at the Republican platform, it’s all there, laid out saliently. Trump created and clearly articulated the platform for the Republican party. That’s his agenda.

What issues is Kamala running on? What issues have they come up with to make your life better?

It’s all about orange man bad. Trump did this. Trump said that.

Who cares? I don’t care if she’s Indian, black, Asian, white, green, purple, orange – I don’t care what she is. What are her policies?

How Harris identifies herself is of no consequence to me.

Maybe she comes out tomorrow and says, “I’m a transgender.” That too is of no consequence to me. I don’t care. I don’t care who she married. I don’t care about her husband. I don’t care about any of this. What are her policies? What will she do to help my family’s life be better?

So far, I only know of six policies she’s been advocating. Here they are:

Open borders because she presided over it, kill babies up to and including coming out of the birth canal, confiscate your guns (because she said it) cancel your private health insurance (because she said that, too), no fracking (yep, she said that over and over) and bail out violent criminals to get them back on the streets as fast as possible (because she actually did that).

That’s her platform in a nutshell.

JD Vance. I guess he’s an oppressor even though he grew up in poverty. I guess if you came to Wednesday’s Trump rally, and a lot of the incredible people I met there don’t have any money, but because you were there, I guess you’re an oppressor too. The 30,000 people that came to the Trump Harrisburg rally – are they coming here saying, “I’m a victim.” No.

They’re coming here saying, “I want to save my country.” This is why I love going to the rallies and meeting real people. Their overwhelming mantra is “I want to save my country. I want to have freedom for my grandchildren and my children and myself.”

All you are going to get from Harris, who’s making a stunning transformation that would make the Stepford wives blush, is race, gender, abortion, and victimhood.

So why is everybody on our side so upset?

“Oh my goodness, it’s Kamala Harris. Oh my God, look at the polls. Oh my God, she is going to win!”

Stop. Just stop. Take a breath. At the end of the day, the woman’s policies are radical, left-wing, communist, looney-bin nutball stuff.

This will all come out in due time. Do yourself a favor. Take it easy. Go to Trump Force 47, sign up, vote early. Vote by mail. I’ve already got my mail-in ballot coming, and it’s August 1st! Vote early. Get your vote in. Knock on doors, make phone calls. Do your thing. Tell your friends. Do all the things you need to do in order for us to have a crushing victory.

This whole panic that’s happening on our side over Kamala Harris is insanity. It’s psychotic. I understand the election was stolen in 2020 and everybody thinks it’s going to be stolen again. I get it. But just take a breath. Everybody just chill. The woman is a communist.

She cannot put a coherent sentence together. She will get crushed in the debate, but yet she will say, orange man bad, Trump is this, Trump is that and she’ll try to bait him into saying something so she can galvanize her crackpot Trump-hating whacked and masked-up base.

Look at the looney videos these people are putting out. Go to the video: “White dudes for Kamala.” Will that get the Pennsylvania steelworker vote? I don’t think so.

It’s like the bar scene in Star Wars. This is like a freak show. This is like the old circus you went to as a kid that came to your shopping center parking lot.

Wait until she goes off that teleprompter and starts talking about what you’re not encumbered by. The future unburdened by the past. What the hell does that even mean?

Harris, the Democrats’ presumptive nominee, is certainly unburdened by Democratic primary votes. She didn’t get any. Not a single one. In fact, she got trounced by Marianne Williamson, the fortune teller. “She don’t need no stinkin’ votes.”

So chill out. It’s all good.
